Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience building software end-to-end — from idea through design, build, release, and the production support that follows. I'm currently building AI-driven capabilities at ServiceNow, and I invest time in understanding how the systems I work on behave underneath the surface, which usually shows up in the design decisions I make.
Increasingly drawn to AI agent design, distributed systems, and tooling that makes a whole team faster. I work across the stack and across languages, learn and unlearn things recursively, enjoy solving hard problems, and like sharing what I figure out along the way.
02 Experience

Senior Software Engineer — Digital Product Release
- Own DPR features end-to-end — design through production support — for a product used by 100+ enterprise customers.
- Designing and developing a multi-layer AI agent system for Change Management, with an AI agent and a manager agent working together, aimed at the thousands of enterprise customers using ServiceNow Change Management.
- Built team workflows: pre- and post-implementation reviews, PR reviews, test-failure analysis against historical commits, and catching date and timezone issues across the codebase.
- Led the quality analysis for the DPR 2.5 release — defect-escape patterns, root causes, and process changes — and presented it to the wider engineering team.
- Share knowledge actively — brought prior DevOps experience to give the team the full end-to-end picture of how DevOps tools and DPR connect, mentor juniors, and run ramp-up sessions for engineers moving from QE into development roles.

Software Engineer — Digital Product Release
- Built UI components and pages for the DPR workspace, including internationalised UI policies.
- Designed automated release and version creation flows pulling from Jira, GitLab, and GitHub — removing manual coordination overhead for product teams.
- Handled customer escalations and case tasks within release SLAs, and supported Change Management when needed.

Software Engineer — ITSM DevOps
- Built integrations between ServiceNow and six DevOps tools across orchestration, coding, and planning workflows — including an Azure DevOps extension that gates pipeline runs on change-request status.
- Built an internal pre-merge git hook — a lightweight shell script for static code analysis and linting — that posts results directly on pull requests, cutting reviewer time and catching issues earlier.
- Buddy for four engineers in the same joining cohort — onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing support.
- Recognised with the SN Llama Award multiple times for engineering and team impact.
